Sedona Wellness Cafe Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, class, workshop, or retreat.

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or reschedule. 
• Less than 48 hours notice: No refund. 
• No-shows: No refund. 
• Reservations may be transferred to another participant with advance notice and approval. 

Retreats
Perfect Day Retreats require a per-person deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balances follow the standard 48-hour cancellation policy unless otherwise specified.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other guests.

Health Disclaimer
Our services are intended to support personal wellness, self-discovery, relaxation, and spiritual growth. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Assumption of Risk
Participation in classes, workshops, retreats, and wellness services is voluntary. Guests assume responsibility for their own health and well-being while participating in activities offered by Sedona Wellness Cafe.

Photography
Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during group activities for marketing purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in photographs should notify staff before the event.

Because appointments are reserved specifically for you and visitor demand is seasonal, we maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
